ISLC, also known as the Inland Section Leadership Conference, is hosted yearly around February. It is where competitors from Inland Section gather to compete with one another and attend workshops to acquire crucial knowledge that will be utilized in the real world. Generally, the top 6 from each event move on to SLC.

SLC, also known as the State Leadership Conference, is hosted yearly around April. It is where competitors from the state of California gather to compete with one another. This is an amazing opportunity as individuals get to build valuable connections as well as listen to workshops from individuals such as Ryan Underwood and state officers. Generally, the top 4 from each event move on to NLC.

NLC, also known as the National Leadership Conference, is hosted yearly around July. It is where competitors from varying states compete with one another. Other countries such as China and Tanzania also attend NLC. Individuals receive the valuable opportunity to build connections and attend workshops from amazing speakers and other local, state, and national officers.
